We're so excited to offer you an online version of our Expectations: Preparing for Your First Birth class through Zoom. When you register you'll receive an Understanding Your Birth booklet via USPS mail. Upon receipt, you'll need to activate your access by following instructions in the booklet. You’re class instructor, Kristen Roberts will warmly request that you review the trusted information and tools available to you through the Understanding Your Birth Web App, prior to the start of class.
A few days before the class, you'll receive a welcome email containing the information you'll use to log in to the Zoom meeting. You'll also receive your instructor's phone number.
On the day of class, you'll log into Zoom up to five minutes before the start time to check your video and audio. If you experience any technical difficulties, your instructor Kristen Roberts will be available by telephone for assistance.
